We are still trying to get to the bottom of our response times on our web site. We have narrowed it down to the new traffic shaping that has been applied to the line. We hope to have a fix soon.

We have been running the mail services on an Amber Status for a few days...as we have seen bandwidth usage increasing. To accomodate this we have ordered today additional bandwidth into the mail server farm. We will keep this posting updated with progress and news of the bandwidth increase.

All customers should be aware that we are currently experiencing capacity issues. We have lost one of the lines into the VOIP hosting facilities. We are working with our provider to get this fixed as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as we have more information.
