>> FORTHCOMING CHANGE TO CEASE CHARGES

Due to an increase in charges imposed by BT, from the 1st April 2010 the charge for ceasing a connection will increase to £24.74 ex VAT. This charge will be applied to all connections ceased on or after 1st April 2010.

>> CHANGE TO ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGES

Similarly, from 1st April 2010 the charge for cancelling an order which is in-flight will increase to  £69.38 ex VAT. This charge applies where a line provision order which has already been progressed to Openreach is cancelled prior to the order delivery date (ODD).
